We have over 30 years experience of collection of local taxation. As a result of that experience, amongst other things, we give local authorities a service which entails: Awareness of local authority requirements Awareness of local authority policies on collection and enforcement Awareness of targets to which local authorities must work Readiness and willingness to adjust systems to meet individual local authority requirements On passover of summary warrant cases to our firm we aim to maximise collection while minimising the collection workload on the local authority staff. This is achieved in the first instance by developing methods of transfer of information using up to date technology. Summary warrant work is overseen by a partner who will make himself available to resolve any issues which may arise.
