We may be able to enter into a payment arrangement with you giving you the opportunity to clear your outstanding account over an agreed period of time. This will depend on our client’s instructions and your circumstances.
In order to assess your circumstances we do require a questionnaire to be completed. At this stage please choose between paying by direct debit or by another method of payment. The direct debit questionnaire incorporates the direct debit guarantee. If you choose to pay by a method other than direct debit you will be prompted to make that choice in the questionnaire.
Direct Debit
An agreed amount is debited from your bank account on an agreed date. Payments can debit your account on days 1, 8, 15, or 22 of the month. Alex M Adamson operate the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme. You will receive confirmation of this when a payment arrangement is agreed.
Standing Order
A standing order through your online banking service for payment of
any agreed amount at agreed intervals and on a set date each month. To set up a
standing order you will require our bank details.
You will also need your AMA reference.

Allpay
An Allpay payment card will be supplied that can be used to make payments at any Post Office or outlet displaying the Payzone logo. A receipt will be issued which you should retain for your records. Please note that a transaction charge of £0.70 will be added to your account for each Allpay Payment.
Credit/Debit Card Payment
We accept payment by way of Maestro. Delta, Solo or Visa Electron Debit cards and VISA amd Mastercard credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% handling charge Payments can be made on-line or by telephoning 01324 621293. You should check your bank statement to confirm that any payment made by this method has been processed.

Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to Alex M Adamson LLP. You should write the Alex M Adamson reference number on the back of the cheque. Cheques should be posted to Alex M Adamson LLP, 7 Park Street, Falkirk, FK1 1RE. Cheque payments can be made at the addresses in Paying in Person below. If your cheque is dishonoured, Alex M Adamson LLP reserves the right to make a charge against your account to cover the bank charges and handling costs. Cheques will be presented once only.
Cash
Do not send cash by post. Cash payments can be made at the addresses in Paying in Person below.
